Provider Checklists

Your own score, itemized into a work plan.

$1,500 Delivered in an engagement

The only thing I write for the company it is about. Your Kin Score and Agent Readiness read against your peer cohort, then every rubric check you are currently failing — what each one is worth on your score, what to do about it, and how much work it actually is. Every item traces to one numbered check in a public rubric, so none of it is my opinion about your API; it is arithmetic against a standard anyone can read. Never listed, never published — it names you.

Who buys it

The provider team that has been told to move the number and wants to know what to touch first.

target The unit of analysis — Your own API surface
fact_check The evidence — Your own artifacts, scored check by check against the public rubric

The only thing I write for the company it's about

Every other product here is written about somebody for a third party to read. This one is handed to the team that has to do the work, and that changes the voice completely — it is a work plan, not an assessment. Nobody needs another critique of their API. They need to know which four things to fix first and what each one is worth.

What you get

  1. Where you stand — your Kin Score and Agent Readiness read against your actual peer cohort, not a generic average
  2. The itemized checklist — every rubric check you are currently failing, each traced to one numbered check in a public rubric
  3. What each one is worth — the exact score movement closing it would produce, so you can argue for the work internally
  4. The sequence — what to do first, and why that order and not another
  5. How we can help — what API Evangelist can do with your team, or for it

Nothing in it is my opinion about your API

Every item traces to one numbered check in a rubric that is public and versioned. The checklist is arithmetic against a standard anyone can read, which is what makes it safe to hand to a team that didn't ask to be graded — and what makes the score movement it promises real rather than aspirational.

Private, by design

Checklists name a real company, so they are never listed here and never published — the price is public, the individual documents are not. They are handed to the team that has to do the work, and to nobody else. If you want to know where you stand before you decide, the rubric is public and your score is already in the catalog — both free. The checklist is what that score is worth once every failing check is itemized, costed, and sequenced.
